Ami, I was so happy to see this site and read about your successful career after She's Out of Control. Of course, we have seen alot of the productions mentioned but, I am very impressed that you are writing children's books and would like to hear more about that. Hello Ami! If you are ever in a bad mood it might help to browse thru comments on Miracle Beach on auction sites like eBay, amazon or yahoo. Let me quote just one here: --- Now to be quite honest, this movie is on the lame side. I mean it can be fairly entertaining but that is about it. The reason I give it 5 stars... well two words... Ami Dolenz. Never has anyone looked better in a genie outfit than she does in this movie. --- It is two years now since I watched Miracle Beach during a stay in San Diego. As you see I still have it in mind and if I should ever meet a genie I will ask her for Miracle Beach on DVD.

Hey...um I'm not sure ami will ever see this but anyway I'll type my comments. I'm 8 years younger than her and my first movie I ever saw of her was "She's out of control." I was around 13 or 14 when I saw it and all I could think was what a goddess. She is a very beautiful girl. I was suprised at her change in apperance in that movie. I see her fav movie is "The princess's dairy." It's like the same script as her's was in a way. I have a wondered bout Ami, when I got the net I looked up info on her. I was suprised she was 8 years older than me, she looks so young, even in up to date photos. I only seen 1 other movie w/ami and it was her as a genie. She's one of the most beautiful ladies I've ever saw and a great actress an I wish her countinued sucess. I have been a fan of yours since first seeing you in the movie "She's Out Of Control" - I gotta tell you that you are a "looker", but I can also tell that you have a warm, funny, and outgoing personality (maybe a little "smartasstic"?). I also liked you in the film "Miracle Beach" (shame, shame, in a nudie flick - just kidding!) and in the two "Growing Pains" episodes where you got to kick some "Mike Seaver" ass (loved it!). By the way, you can tell him that his group is my favorite 1960's group (over the Beatles and the 60's music of the Rolling Stones, even.) I would like to say that I am truly horrified for Ms Dolenz at the content that is being allowed on her guest book. When I left my thoughts, I did so with true admiration and great respect for both a lovely and talented actress. A woman that I believe deserves no less. Dear Ami, I don't remember exactly when it was that I saw "Miracle Beach," but I clearly remember checking the credits and telling myself not to forget the name, Ami Dolenz, Ami Dolenz! I was in Funior High at the time and the internet wasn't so popular, so I couldn't really look up any information. Well, here I am at 22 years ols (about 10 years later), and I'm having a conversation with a friend of mine. She's telling me that so many guys fantasize about actresses, and I told her that I never really had. Well, when I got off the phone I remembered that movie that I had seen in Junior High, what's it called..."Paradise Beach!" Yeah, that's it! Well, after about an hour of searching, I finally found the movie "Mystery Beach" (so much for long-term memory), and found the only actress that I ever had a crush on! I had to call my friend back and tell her that I was wrong, and she rubbed that one in my face big time! You really left an impression on me though that stayed with me from 12 years old to 22 years old. Since then, I have done a lot and seen a lot, but I have never forgotten that beautiful smile that I was so much in love with as a kid. I looked through some of the pictures on your site and read your biography and it seems to me that I knew how to pick em'! You seem like a really special lady and you are still a fox. I was feeling nostalgic looking at sites for Micky and stumbled upon Ami's and had to drop a note. I had caught her once in a movie as an adult but other then that had not seen her since she was a young child. Saw her with Micky and Sam many times when she was a little girl and always knew that she would grow up to be beautiful, but she is even more beautiful than I imagined she would be. I loved seeing the photos, especially the family and friend photos. Recognized Micky of course, and Samantha, and I believe Samantha's mother...and was flooded with warm memories. Would love to know who the others in the photos were, had heard Micky had other children later, and wondered if some were siblings. With 8 children of my own I have not had much time to keep up with what's happened with him or any one else, but as I sit here now looking back there are just so many memories. I hope Ami, her parents, and the rest of the family have been blessed with much happiness thru the years, and will continue to be. My best wishes to all, with loving memories of (in my opionion) the dearest of all of them "Mamoo". Thanks for the site and a wonderful trip down memory lane!

hi, You've done a great job with the new web site. I've always enjoyed watching Ami. She did a wonderful job in She's Out of Control and Miracle Beach. I was very impressed with the way she portrayed a young teen in She's Out of Control. Complete with thick glasses, braces and so forth. But, beside the way she looked, I thought Ami did a great job playing the young teenage girl.
